Consumers are required to affirmatively opt-in before they can receive any automated email messages which are generated by ERIKA on behalf of a professional that subscribes to the Website. Consumers who voluntarily provide email addresses to ERIKA through the Website consent to receive email communications from ERIKA, which includes, but is not limited to, promotional, educational, and other subject matters of email communications from ERIKA.
